Avoid unnecessary trips to the post office with the Weengs app. The company’s couriers come to your door to pick up what you need to send out to your customers. Weengs will pick up your items, package them in perfectly tailored boxes that help cut down on the extra dimensions that affect delivery costs, and then use their algorithms to find the best-priced shipping method.
And no, a mobile app may not save your business, but it is a sure way of securing a strong presence in your industry. Instead of being some abstract concept of a brand your customers appreciate, that they imagine has a headquarters in some faraway city – you’ll be right in their pockets. Your logo will be placed on their mobile phone screens by default.
You may be tempted to base your decision primarily on the cost of the company. However, placing emphasis primarily on cost risks the quality of the final product. Read Clutch’s guide on app development cost to understand how to pick a mobile app development company that suits your needs and maximizes your budget. Before cost, you should consider the type of company you need, where you prefer the company be located, and how well you will work with the company.
For many users, the most significant difference between these plans will involve file storage. With the G Suite 'Basic' plan, users are restricted to 30GB of file storage; but — as long as there are 5 or more G Suite users in your organisation — there are no limits on the 'Business' plan (if you have a 'Business' plan but have less than 5 users on it, file storage is restricted to 1TB per user).

The free version just allows you to test sample data to preview the application.

Another storage and file sharing option, Google Drive, lets you keep all files related to your business in one place that you can access from your laptop, tablet or phone. You can also set sharing permissions to allow people to view, comment or edit documents and you can view files offline. Documents are accessible from any device, and business owners love that they can collaborate safely with clients anywhere.

Open Office is a well-known open-source office software suite for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics and databases. The good news is that like iWorks, it's completely free; the less good news is that there isn't an official 'cloud' version of the software. If you are particularly keen on using Open Office though, some cloud functionality will be available to you using Rollapp, an 'online application virtualization platform', which — in theory at least — allows you to run any application on any device in a web browser.

Social media is still a somewhat new medium (relatively speaking) and many small businesses are just starting to test their own Facebook and Twitter accounts. This is a free way to gain exposure for your app. The competition here is steep, though, and it’s not just about your retail competitors. When users are on social media, they usually aren’t looking to make a purchase. They are there to catch up with friends, check on what’s happening in the world or post updates about what is happening in their lives. This puts your profiles in direct competition with numerous things that your audience may find more interesting (sorry).

Another outstanding Intuit app for SMBs, Gusto offers an all-in-one place to manage payroll, benefits and human resources. Unlike other payroll solutions, Gusto was built specifically for small businesses, and the bright visual interface is easy to use even if you have no experience with payroll software. In the era of smartphones, just having an up and running website is not enough. According to a recent study, it has shown that more than 45% of Google search results are originating from smartphones. The number is impressive and so is the growth of mobile industry. The need of being available on every Internet enabled device has given birth to mobile application development, which signifies the core development of an app specifically for the smartphones and mobile devices.

The G Suite Marketplace (formerly Google Apps Marketplace), launched in 2010,[68][69] is an online store with business-oriented cloud applications that augment G Suite functionality. As things stand, Huawei is losing its licensing agreement with Google for the provision of Google Play Services and access to the Google Play Store on new Huawei Android devices. Existing customers won’t be affected, though without Google resuming business with Huawei, they also won’t get any further Android OS updates. (Honor, Huawei’s wholly owned subsidiary, looks to be subject to the same fate). This is devastating to Huawei’s hopes of selling any smartphones outside of China.
One important thing to note is that the G Suite 'Business' plan only provides you with unlimited file storage if you buy more than 5 user accounts. Otherwise you're restricted to 1TB per user. This is a bit of a shame really, as it renders Google's cheaper storage feature a bit less attractive to ‘solopreneurs’, or small companies with less than 5 employees. (Microsoft’s unlimited storage on its only kicks in when you have 5+ users too.)
This is a team chat service which helps to talk to one another. This app provides a free service for an unlimited number of users which can be very helpful for any business irrespective of the size. Moderators can create various channels for different topics. The service supports the upload of practically any format of file, which enables easy transfer of files to other employees.
