Mobile presence is the need of the hour. Any business that’s developing a business presence has a fundamental question: Should we develop a web app or mobile app? To clarify the differences, a web app is simply a website that took a mobile-first approach and is designed to be viewed and used on a smartphone. Mobile apps, on the other hand, need to be downloaded and installed via an app store and those gain and use access to your system resources. Web apps function like mobile apps, but from the comfort of the phone’s browser.

Xero’s accounting app helps with taking care of bills and expenses, paying your employees and managing your purchase orders. Your data is saved in the cloud, so you can access it from your phone, tablet or laptop; that also means that if any of your devices are ever lost or stolen, you won’t lose any of your information. Xero’s accounting app helps busy business owners handle expenses quickly and easily, even letting them see their cash flow in real time. Users call it a life-saving accounting app and love that it’s easy to use. Xero offers its app for small businesses free for the first 30 days.
You see, I’m new to this owning your website business. I have a subdomain.wordpress.com website (I plan on upgrading to my own domain soon) and I know the upgraded WP offers business emails, but when I read the info. on the WP site, no where does it say that when I respond to a client’s message, that the client will see the business email; it looks like the client will see my own/non-business email.

This is where HootSuite can help – it's the most popular social media management app worldwide allowing you to share and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. The AutoSchedule feature saves time by spreading content over a number of days, while the analytics tools help you track the success of your social media strategy.
If you are a small business looking for office space, Nomad is a free app that allows you to find the right space at the right location.  Nomad offers tools that provide a way to search for desk space, startup office space, meeting rooms and more, using searches with specific criteria.  You can also locate the right space that fits your budget as well.

That also means that this list of the best business apps isn’t exhaustive, so you may be wondering why your go-to app for small business didn’t make the cut. Here, we tried to strike a balance between those classics (like LinkedIn), while also introducing you to some brand-new business apps that, we hope, will make it to your home screen (Todoist, perhaps?).
